Hours: 45 hours per week, (07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday)
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
We are seeking an organised Project Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, based at our Ipswich office. This is a new role and exciting opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects. This role involves a variety of administrative, logistical and coordination responsibilities, supporting the Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist EPPH project managers with daily tasks, maintain project documentation
- Manage emails and calendars, and support RAMS and compliance documentation
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and track project progress and coordinate meetings
- Ensure quality assurance and management of subcontractors’ documentation.
- Organise project documents, provide client updates, and issue O&M packs.
- Coordinate resources (materials, tools, personnel), and invoice upon project completion.
- Liaise between team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure clear communication and resolve issues.
- Assist in identifying project risks, support with development of mitigation strategies, and contribute to resolving project challenges issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration role ideally within a construction environment
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and achieve set targets
- Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with projects, office teams and various stakeholders
- Strong background in customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, dedicated individual looking for a career progression
