EPPH was appointed to undertake a full mechanical overhaul at North East Essex Co-operative Academy as part of an essential upgrade to the building’s aging infrastructure. The scope included a comprehensive replacement of the HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems to enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and overall performance across the facility.

• Completed first-fix plumbing, including soils and wastes
• Installed new hot and cold water pipework throughout the building
• Prepared plant areas for the installation of boilers and cylinders
