Ned re-joined the business back in 2022 during EPPH’s impressive growth phase, playing a critical role in implementing new processes and procedures evolving how we operate today. Ned ensures our projects and contracts are commercially on track and helps drive our profitability across all divisions whilst ensuring maximum customer value.

Oliver joined EPPH in 2022 and quickly established himself as a driving force in the growth of our drainage division. Under his leadership, the division has become a premier service offering, renowned for its exceptional customer service and unwavering commitment to quality.

Oliver’s ability to build and inspire high-performing teams has been instrumental in his success. His calm and positive demeanour fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment, reassuring clients and team members alike. With his problem-solving skills and determination, Oliver consistently delivers results, even in the face of complex challenges.

Recognising Oliver’s exceptional contributions, EPPH has entrusted him with the oversight of day-to-day operations across the wider business. In this expanded role, Oliver will continue to leverage his expertise and leadership to drive growth and ensure operational excellence

Contracts Manager

Simon has been with EPPH over 8 years and as Head of Contracting, Simon is dedicated to ensuring that the contracting team consistently delivers projects to a high standard on budget and on time. Simon utilises his NEBOSH qualification to support and advise on Health and Safety within the organisation.

MEP Operations Manager

Joe has been with EPPH since the very start and is a highly valuable member of the team due to his exposure to all parts of the business through our continued growth. With years of dedicated service at EPPH, Joe has risen through the ranks from Engineer to MEP Operations Manager through his exceptional work ethic, strong client relationships, and ability to deliver outstanding results.

Technical Manager

Aston has been with EPPH for almost 5 years now and is a plethora of knowledge across building services but specialising Electrically. Aston has overseen some of EPPH’s largest ever contracts for key clients and is the “go to” man on all complex projects due to his willingness to take on even the most challenging projects.

Head of Drainage

Jonathan has worked within the waste water industry for over 30 years . He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial, industrial, and utility drainage systems. Overseeing our drainage operations, Jonathan is dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring our drainage teams consistently perform professional, high-standard work.

Project Manager

Roly joined us a year ago, bringing with him three decades of experience in the commercial sector. His extensive background has seen him take the lead on a variety of projects, managing everything from pricing and labour to materials, client communication, and final handovers.

With a calm and confident approach, Roly is known for keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. He’s a natural problem-solver and a great communicator, always focused on delivering quality results while keeping clients informed and reassured every step of the way.

Roly’s positive attitude and collaborative style makes him a fantastic team player and a reliable point of contact for both colleagues and clients alike.

Project Co-ordinator

Isla joined EPPH in 2023 as part of the drainage division and played a pivotal role in the growth of the department. She now focuses on coordinating all aspects of work for one of our key clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth day-to-day delivery. Isla enjoys the variety that each day brings and building strong working relationships that ensure continued progress.

Drainage Co-ordinator

Lucy plays a key role in keeping the drainage team running smoothly. Her day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling work for drainage engineers, invoicing, issuing quotes and worksheets, and creating new jobs. Her organised and proactive approach helps ensure everything stays on track behind the scenes.

Service and Maintenance Manager

Olivia has been a dedicated member of the EPPH team for nearly seven years. Starting as Office Manager, she has steadily progressed through the company and now leads our successful Service and Maintenance division. Olivia has played a crucial role in EPPH’s growth by providing exceptional customer service and inspiring her team to go above and beyond for every client.

Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator

Jess joined our Northern office last year and plays a key role in managing client accounts. She ensures engineer callouts are arranged quickly and efficiently, handles service paperwork and quotations, and keeps clients updated with regular catchups. Her organised approach and quick response makes her a vital part of the team.

Alexandra plays a key role in managing and coordinating multiple reactive and planned property maintenance accounts. With a proactive approach and keen attention to detail, she ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly for both clients and the team. She enjoys the fresh challenges and learning opportunities that come with the role and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Commercial Business Manager

Jamie is a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving successful procurement projects from inception to completion. As head of our procurement team, he leads on sustainability initiatives and inspires our estimating team to pursue new opportunities.

Known for his exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure, Jamie maintains a positive and professional demeanour throughout. His strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike make him a valuable asset to our team. Jamie is a dedicated leader who inspires and motivates those around him.

Procurement Manager

Jaime has been with the company for 14 months and plays a crucial role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring a smooth and efficient procurement process. From negotiating annual rebate agreements and preferential discount structures to resolving invoice disputes and overseeing the full P2P cycle, her role is all about precision, collaboration, and strategic thinking. She also keeps a close eye on supply chain risks, helping the business stay agile in a fast-moving environment.

She enjoys the variety of challenges that come with the reactive nature of the industry, the satisfaction of seeing projects through from tender to fulfilment, and the strong relationships built along the way, with both colleagues and suppliers.

Finance Director

CY joined EPPH in April 2022 as a management accountant and has been a valuable member of the team ever since. During her time at EPPH, she has worked closely with the management team and witnessed the company’s impressive growth.
CY has found her role both challenging and rewarding, thanks to the supportive and collaborative team environment. In recognition of her exceptional contributions over the past two years, CY was recently promoted to Finance Director.

Management Accountant

Susie has been with EPPH for nearly a year and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Management Accountant. She leads the accounts team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of both monthly and annual financial reporting. Susie is also heavily involved in the year-end audit process, working closely with auditors to maintain full compliance and deliver clear financial transparency. Her role blends leadership, precision, and a passion for turning financial data into meaningful insights.

Outside of work, Susie enjoys a healthy balance of the outdoors and family life which keeps her grounded and motivated each day.

Office Manager

Callie has been with the company for over two and a half years and plays a key role as Office Manager. She oversees the admin team and manages the company fleet, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her responsibilities include supporting the team with training, recruitment, onboarding new starters, and keeping day-to-day office processes on track.

Outside of work, Callie loves to travel and is a qualified rescue scuba diver, blending her adventurous spirit with a passion for safety.
