Known for his unwavering commitment, renewable energy knowledge and problem-solving skills, Ivan has consistently exceeded expectations and made the impossible possible.

She also keeps a close eye on supply chain risks, helping the business stay agile in a fast-moving environment.

She enjoys the variety of challenges that come with the reactive nature of the industry, the satisfaction of seeing projects through from tender to fulfilment, and the strong relationships built along the way, with both colleagues and suppliers.

Callie has been with the company for over two and a half years and plays a key role as Office Manager. She oversees the admin team and manages the company fleet, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her responsibilities include supporting the team with training, recruitment, onboarding new starters, and keeping day-to-day office processes on track.

Outside of work, Callie loves to travel and is a qualified rescue scuba diver, blending her adventurous spirit with a passion for safety.
