Project Overview As part of our comprehensive drainage maintenance contract, we provide a wide range of services, including preventative maintenance, reactive services, and compliance support. Our services cover 135 sites nationwide on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).

- Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Regular inspections and maintenance of drainage systems, including pumping stations, gutters, drains, and pipes.
- Reactive Services: Round-the-clock emergency response to address drainage blockages and other issues.
- Advanced Technologies: Utilization of high-power jetting systems, Blue Light lining technology, and CCTV camera systems for efficient diagnosis, repair, and prevention.
- Gas Boiler and Pipeline Services: Testing, servicing, and maintenance of gas boilers and pipelines ranging from 20 kW to 2 MW.
- HVAC PPM: Maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, chilled water systems, DHW, solar PV, and air source heat pumps.
- CAFM System: A bespoke CAFM system to track and manage assets, generate reports, and ensure compliance.
