Overview

EPPH successfully delivered a full combined mechanical and electrical (M&E) package at Elveden Primary School as part of the development of a new interaction facility. The project was delivered within a live education environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, and ongoing collaboration with the school to ensure safe working practices and minimal disruption throughout the programme.

Key Deliverables

• Installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps
• Plantroom pipework installation and insulation
• Boosted cold water system installation
• Heating fan convectors and heater batteries installed
• Ventilation ductwork installed across all areas
• Sanitaryware installation, including an accessible shower room
• Building Management System (BMS) controls and containment works 

Summary and Results

The project was completed successfully and in line with programme expectations, delivering a fully integrated M&E solution to support the new facility. Strong site management and coordination enabled works to be carried out safely within the live school environment, maintaining operational continuity throughout. The finished installation provides a modern, efficient and compliant system, contributing to a high-quality, functional and accessible space for pupils and staff, and demonstrating EPPH’s capability to deliver complex projects within sensitive environments.
