Overview
EPPH successfully delivered a full mechanical and electrical upgrade at the Sanders Coach Depot for Gipping, enhancing energy efficiency, reliability, and comfort across the facility.
The works included the installation of new hot and cold pipework, water heaters, sanitaryware, and above ground drainage. We also supplied and installed a CAT-5 booster tank, new water mains, electric radiant panels, ventilation systems, and split-type air conditioning units.
Our team completed the project with mechanical services controls, chlorination of hot and cold supplies, and the provision of full O&M documentation and as-built drawings.
