We were thrilled to join our Family Business partners at their recent ‘New Horizons’ event, celebrating collaboration, opportunity, and the power of saying “YES” to the next generation. The event was filled with inspirational talks, highlighting the real impact we’re making together through the Skills Academy—a truly inspiring experience!

At EPPH, we believe that giving back is about more than just fundraising, it’s about investing our time and creating real opportunities. The event’s core message, “Be the first YES”, resonated deeply, and we’re excited to continue embracing new collaborations that open doors for young talent.

Just a week later, we were proud to support a careers open morning, engaging with bright young minds about future career paths and apprenticeships. We are strong advocates for apprenticeships, and seeing three of our own team members successfully progress through their programs in just the past six months fills us with immense pride!

Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue supporting The Family Business & Skills Academy into 2025/26, with even more opportunities to inspire and empower young people. Our biggest goal? To welcome a talented young person from The Family Business into our EPPH family, where they can develop and thrive in a fulfilling career.
