EPPH were proud to donate essential PPE and materials to the Plumbing and Electrical Divisions at Suffolk New College. As part of our ongoing commitment to for the next generation of skilled workers, we are also excited to be supporting their full-time and part-time apprentices during the next academic year. Through various talks, we will be sharing insights into on-site practices, such as conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring the correct PPE is worn for different tasks.

The industry faces a well-documented skills shortage, and we are proud to play a part in addressing this challenge. By investing in the development of future engineers, we ensure that both our clients and the industry’s needs will continue to be met. EPPH takes great pride in nurturing new talent, sharing our expertise, and paving the way for a skilled workforce that will serve the sector for years to come.

As a member of the 5% Club, EPPH remains committed to apprenticeships as a core part of our business strategy. Last year alone, we supported 11 apprentices across our plumbing, heating, electrical, and marketing divisions, demonstrating our dedication to creating meaningful career opportunities and addressing the skill gaps in these vital industries.
