Overview
We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of a major LTHW plant upgrade for a live, multi-tenanted office building.
The project involved replacing end-of-life two-stage gas boilers with a modern, high-efficiency solution designed to improve performance, resilience, and long-term reliability, all while keeping disruption to occupiers to an absolute minimum.
Key Deliverables
- Installation of 6 × 252kW Hamworthy ModuMax boilers, configured into two 756kW duty modules
- Full modulation from 32kW to 1512kW to maximise seasonal efficiency
- Inverter-driven primary pumps to optimise electrical and thermal performance
- New prefabricated headers and pipework to reduce programme risk
- Seamless integration with the existing BMS for improved control and energy management
