Saffron Walden County High School 

Project Overview This project involved providing comprehensive mechanical servicing and compliance services for a wide range of equipment, including over 50 air conditioning systems, 20 gas boilers, water heaters, pressurization units, 5 air handling units (AHUs), 50+ supply and extract fans, and 121 fire dampers. In addition to scheduled maintenance, we also provided reactive call-out services to address any urgent issues that may arise.

Key Deliverables

• Annual Servicing: Regular inspections, maintenance, and testing of all mechanical equipment, including air conditioning systems, gas boilers, water heaters, pressurization units, AHUs, supply and extract fans, and fire dampers.
• Reactive Call-Outs: Prompt response to emergency breakdowns or malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure the continued operation of critical systems.
