EPPH is making great progress at one of our sites in Hadleigh.

Work continues at a fast pace as our engineering team progresses with the transformation of a former council building into modern flats. A key milestone is the installation of a commercial plant room, which will serve as the central hub for a district heating network. This system will power six separate buildings, ensuring efficient energy distribution across the development. 

The team is currently installing new domestic and heating systems, with each flat receiving an individual heat interface unit. Alongside this, heating systems, radiators, and sanitary ware are being fitted throughout, ensuring the flats are equipped with the latest amenities.

In an exciting update, we’re proud to announce that the first two buildings are nearing completion and will be ready for handover to our clients within the next week. This marks a significant step forward in the project as we work toward finalizing the remaining phases.
