Project Overview

This project involves the design and installation of heating, hot and cold water, and gas systems across multiple buildings. The project is divided into five phases, with each phase covering a specific set of properties.

Key Deliverables

Design Works

• Carry out the design for the installation of heating, hot and cold water, and gas systems.
• Design of heating systems, including Worcester 4000 Combi boilers, gas supplies, heating controls, pipework, radiators, and testing and commissioning.
• Design of hot and cold water services, including pipework, valves, fittings, and thermal insulation.
• Design of above-ground drainage systems, including drainage pipework and fittings.
• Design of sanitary ware installation, including toilets, basins, baths, showers, taps, and mixers.

Installation Works

• Installation of all items specified in the design drawings, including boilers, gas supplies, heating systems, hot and cold water systems, drainage systems, and sanitary ware.
• Testing and commissioning of all systems.
• Provision of home user guides, O&M manuals, and end-user demonstrations.
• Installation of Anglian water manifolds, hose union bib taps, individual water supplies, booster pumps, and external gas risers for communal landlord works.
